Hotel was charming, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
The standard double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was beautifully decorated on level 1. The staff were more than helpful with any inquires and was excellent. The location was perfect, in the Chang Moi district and near a bus stop.

We had a fantastic stay at Rustic Guest House! The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They were also very helpful in giving us information and arranging taxis. The breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of choices including freshly cooked eggs and traditional Thai dishes. The guesthouse itself was clean and cozy, with a charming wooden design. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and the Warorot Market where we could find amazing and affordable food. it was great value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The guest house is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and a market. The superior room was spacious with plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the duvet warm and cozy. The daily cleaning service and complimentary water bottles were appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety of both Western and local options. The staff was kind and available to help with arranging tours or renting a moto.
There were some minor complaints such as ants in the bathroom and walls, and thin floors that made it easy to hear people walking or moving furniture upstairs.

The beds where comfortable, the room was new-fashioned and pleasantly decorated with a king bed. There were a flat-screen TV and climate control provided. The location of this hotel short walk to many markets, the Night Bazaar, Warorot Market, and the Temples and chiang mai, with great stuff was good and perfect.

The staff at this guest house were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, both local and international. The location was also convenient, with markets nearby and only a 10-15 minute drive to the city center.
While the superior bedroom was spacious, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and seemed not too clean. We also had to ask for fresh towels during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming, rustic guesthouse for 7 days. The reception staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The wooden house had an authentic, ancient feel, yet was impeccably clean. The à la carte breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My room, designed in the Thai northern style, was lovely. The location near the night market was perfect. Thanks to the helpful woman at the front desk, I even found a great cooking class and some amazing restaurants.
Totally recommend this hotel.
